The main manufacturing processes arechecking, washing, extracting, isolating, filtrating, purifying, sterilizing. The main ingredients are Crocin and Crocetin. Its powder or liquid color ranges from pale yellow to deep red without any characteristic odor and is stable under heat and light. Its color will not change while the PH changes.
